RizzitGO spreadsheet: a well-reviewed smaller agent, what buyers praise and what is still unpublished

Status on 6 October 2026

RizzitGO appeared on the rep.tools status board as up on 31 August 2026, flagged as a smaller agent where a working website does not guarantee prompt fulfilment. We read its Trustpilot profile on 6 October 2026: 4.6 out of 5 from 235 reviews, with the newest dated 30 September. Trustpilot's summary of the most recent 139 reviews says buyers overwhelmingly had a good experience, highlighting fast delivery, affordable shipping and support that answers quickly. That is a strong, current record for an agent of its size, and it is why RizzitGO sits among the better-rated smaller agents on our index.

What RizzitGO does well

The pattern in recent reviews is about logistics and service rather than catalogue: parcels arriving quickly, shipping quotes that feel fair, and support that responds. Those are the things that matter most for spreadsheet buyers, because the goods themselves come from the same Taobao and Weidian sellers whichever agent you use. RizzitGO is also one of the agents whose popularity is concentrated in France, about 2,400 searches a month in September 2026, with the UK and US next, so French buyers will find more community discussion of it than most.

Gaps in what we could verify

RizzitGO does not publish a fee table or storage terms on pages we could read, and independent coverage is thin; rep.tools' guide deliberately quotes no fee numbers for smaller agents for this reason. Search interest rose through 2026 and then dipped in the most recent month in Semrush's data, which is common for newer agents. None of that is a warning, but it means your first order is your own verification.

Well reviewed and active; confirm fees and storage in your account and start with a small haul.

A first RizzitGO order

Choose two or three light items, for example tees or a cap, from Taobao sellers with existing QC photos in a finder tool. Order them, check the inspection photos when they arrive, and ship together on a tracked line. Note the shipping quote you were shown and what you were charged; if the two match and the parcel arrives as tracked, RizzitGO has passed the checks that matter.

What reviews complain about

Even with a high score, the negative minority of RizzitGO reviews follow familiar themes: occasional delays during busy periods and tracking that goes quiet for a few days after a parcel leaves China. Neither is unique to RizzitGO; economy lines from China usually hand parcels to a consolidator before the destination carrier scans them. Allow for it before opening a ticket.

RizzitGO for French and UK buyers

French buyers have the biggest RizzitGO community, so French-language reviews and posts are the best place to look for recent experience. For France and the rest of the EU, remember the €3 per-category customs duty on parcels under €150 since 1 July 2026, on top of VAT; UK buyers pay VAT at the point of sale up to £135. Our UK page and Netherlands page cover those rules.

What to confirm on RizzitGO before ordering

• Storage: our record says "Not published on accessible pages"; confirm the clock in your account.
• Fees: "Not published on accessible pages"; compare the final checkout total, not the headline.
• Reviews: 4.6 / 5 from 235 reviews; read the ten newest before paying.
• Activity: newest review 30 September 2026; a long gap is a reason to test small.
• Status: Operating (checked 6 Oct 2026); re-check the site on the day you pay.

Using RizzitGO with a DHgate spreadsheet

A DHgate spreadsheet that mixes in Taobao or Weidian rows works with RizzitGO like this: open the DHgate rows on DHgate itself, since DHgate ships worldwide, and paste only the Chinese marketplace links into RizzitGO. Paste only the Chinese marketplace links into RizzitGO, and keep DHgate orders on DHgate.

Keep a backup agent in mind: BBDBuy, Lovegobuy, MyCNBox are the closest comparisons. Status for every agent sits on the agent index.

How RizzitGO compares with the big agents

Against KakoBuy or Joyagoo, RizzitGO trades a smaller public record for a higher score and, according to reviews, competitive shipping. KakoBuy publishes more about storage and QC; Joyagoo has more than ten times as many reviews. If you want the most documented option, pick one of those. If you are in France or the UK and reviews from people like you matter most, RizzitGO is worth a test. Whichever you choose, keep your spreadsheet links in their original Taobao or Weidian form so you can switch agents later without rebuilding anything.
