Why sort links at all
Most lists searched as "DHgate spreadsheet" mix two kinds of links. DHgate links lead to sellers who ship worldwide, so you buy them directly. Taobao, Weidian and 1688 links lead to Chinese domestic listings that need a shopping agent. Many rows also wrap those Chinese items in an agent's own link, and when that agent closes, as CNFans did in August 2026, the link breaks even though the item may still be for sale. Sorting first tells you which route each row takes and rescues the items behind dead agent links.

Privacy
Everything runs in your browser. The links you paste are not sent to us or stored anywhere.
What it cannot do
It cannot tell whether an item is still listed, check prices or judge quality; open the clean link to see. App-only links such as Hacoo's, short links and links without an item ID are marked for manual checking. Expand short links first, as explained on our links page.
After sorting
Copy the CSV into your own sheet using the layout on our template page. Open DHgate rows and vet each seller with the checklist. Choose an agent marked Working on our index for the rest, then compare totals with the calculator.
Agent links we have seen
Agent links usually carry the marketplace and item ID as parameters, such as shop_type=taobao&id=, or in the path, such as /product/weidian/ followed by digits. The sorter reads both forms. If an agent uses a format it does not recognise, the row is marked for manual checking and you can copy the digits yourself.
Old lists from closed agents
Rows from CNFans, Pandabuy, Wegobuy, ACBuy and AllChinaBuy lists are the most common reason to use this tool. The agents are gone, but many items are not. Our pages on CNFans and Pandabuy explain what happened.
Example
Paste three lines: a DHgate product link, a Taobao link with id=7xxxxxxxx, and a CNFans link with shop_type=weidian&id=6xxxxxxxx. The sorter returns DHgate (buy directly), Taobao (open through an agent, clean item.taobao.com link) and Weidian from an agent link (clean weidian.com link). The CSV box then holds three rows ready for your own sheet. A whole spreadsheet of a few hundred rows sorts in the same way in a second or two.

Does the link sorter upload my links?
No, it runs entirely in your browser.
Can it fix CNFans links?
Yes, when the link contains the platform and item ID, it rebuilds the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link.
Why is a link marked 'check manually'?
It has no recognisable item ID, or it is a short link or app-only link.
Can it check whether items are in stock?
No; open the clean link to check.
Does the sorter work on phones?
Yes; paste links into the box and the table and CSV appear below.
